“Hey, this is Matt, Head Chef at Between the Buns.  I want to tell you about some great new items we’ve added to our menu.  We have 3 new burgers, 2 new sandwiches, new appetizers, and my favorite: our new Po’ Boy Sandwich.

The Po’ Boy begins with a freshly baked French bread roll.  Then we add a fried, soft shell crab on a bed of fresh greens.  Next is our house-made relish, fresh avocado, and then we finish it with our signature remoulade sauce.
