I also provide great customer service and help ensure client success using a problem/needs consultative approach, whether it be for support or upselling. It’s not rocket science, you just have to sincerely listen to customers and provide a solution that fits their needs, relieves pain points, or makes their life better in some way. In simple terms, understand what the world looks like from their point of view and help them understand how a product, service, or business can help make their world better. Job Description

I joined Jack of Trade Apps in the early stages of its start-up and stepped on as Vice President of Marketing and Sales. I helped bring digital marketing services to the company which expanded our offerings and grew our client base. We soon joined a business incubator program through Clarkson University, which had several other businesses and start-ups working on their own projects. We became a primary source for web design projects and software development for incubator members. With a steady source of cash flow we decided to build our own SAAS product. We collaborated on product development and JOTA Radio Apps was born. Our mobile application offered radio stations an easy to use platform for managing their live streams, news feeds, events, and other features in their mobile app. We hired another sales person and soon had new clients throughout the U.S. A couple years down the road the owner decided to refocus the company on software with a small team of developers. The JOTA Radio App product line was sold. I purchased the other half of the business which held the website, digital marketing, and hosting clients. I created my new business ‘Let’s Connect Media’ and transitioned clients to their new home.

Job Description

A local radio station had just been sold and was going through a complete rebranding.They were hiring new sales reps so I thought this would be a good opportunity to broaden my marketing experience. It was a lot of fun to work with the crew and experience the behind the scenes production. More importantly, I gained a lot of experience from our sales manager which really helped to grow my accounts. My copywriting skills also improved. Learning to boil my message down to a 30 second spot was a copy writing great exercise. It helped me to condense my message and make it more efficient. This carried over into the digital realm where your advertising copy also needs to be short and concise.

Job Description

I coordinated our attendance at the SEMA show, the largest industry trades show in Las Vegas.
